Cosmic Gate seem to have been on a vocal release streak over the last 12 months, with ‘Hear Me Out’, ‘We Got The Fire’, ‘Follow You Anywhere’, ‘Emotions Of Colour’, et al, all shaping the sound of ‘MOSAIIK’. This feeling grows higher now as Nic & Bossi delve back into ‘Chapter Two’s tracklist, to release ‘Mirador’.

‘Chapter One’ of Cosmic Gate’s ‘MOSAIIK’ album series touched off a post-lockdown tour, bigger and more extensive than some could’ve imagined. Now the GRAMMY-nominated act start the new year with the announcement of the now-imminent arrival of ‘MOSAIIK Chapter Two’. The 3rd of March isn’t that far away, but it may seem much closer still when you learn what Nic & Bossi have in store for the interim.

Having lent her tones to its first and third singles, Diana Miro is likely now the singer most readily associated with Nic & Bossi’s 11th album project. Cementing that rep, the trio re-team this month to add another fragment to ‘MOSAIIK’s sonic mosaic. After ‘Blame’ and ‘Nothing To Hide’, the Amsterdam-based singer is aiming to burn up the room again with ‘Hear Me Out’.

Having just completed their coast-to-coast 30-date spring tour of the States, Cosmic Gate single out another track from their summer-upcoming ‘MOSAIIK Chapter 2’ album. For it the GRAMMY nominated duo have been joined by Nathan Nicholson, frontman of alt-indie grouping The Boxer Rebellion and more recently even, vocalist on releases by Claptone, Tinlicker, and Tom Staar.

The front end of 2022 sees GRAMMY-nominated duo Cosmic Gate up their livestream game once again. Today is the date and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico is the place for their next throw-down, where, on the picturesque Playa Del Caballo and its Casitas Maraika venue, Nic & Bossi will deliver another two hour live stream.

The summer of ‘21 saw the release of their album ‘MOSAIIK Chapter One’, which saw Cosmic Gate release the singles ‘Nothing To Hide’, ‘Blame’ and ‘Vertigo’. Now, January 2022 sees the duo take the album on its first official tour. Bridging the gap between the two ‘Chapters’, its creators will personally deliver the music from the albums to audiences across the States.

On 20 August, Cosmic Gate will release the first stage of their new artist album. Trailed throughout the early parts of 2021 by single releases and live streams, ‘MOSAIIK’ will platform nine cuts from the GRAMMY-nominated duo. Mirroring the same delivery system adopted by their 2017 ‘Materia’ albums, the album will be shared across two ‘Chapters’, ‘MOSAIIK’s ‘II’ styled title is a direct nod to the group’s 11th artist long-player.

Three weeks back, through the medium of their Mexico Sundowner rooftop show from San Miguel De Allende, Cosmic Gate presented its audience with ‘Mosaiik’’s second single ‘Feel It’. Whetting appetites for their forthcoming 11th artist album, the response to the single and show apparently saw half a million plus YouTube views within weeks.

With their Miami Best Of 2020 set taking just three months to become the group’s most popular YouTube upload to date, livestream culture’s seems close to second nature to Cosmic Gate. With March’s album-heralding Miami Open Skies livestream seeing the same trajectory, Nic & Bossi decided to take a trip down Mexico way.
