Last summer, music brand Broadwick Live announced a new project that aimed to change the shape of the London landscape - Drumsheds. A year later, the industrial warehouse space has become popular for culture and music in the UK, delivering two seasons with DJs and live acts, high-spec production, and apparently welcoming up to 15,000 guests for each event.

[UNVRS] apparently aims to revolutionise nightlife as the world’s first Hyperclub, a new step from the creators behind some of Ibiza's most iconic venues, including Ushuaïa and Hï Ibiza. The “viral UFO sighting in Ibiza that took the internet by storm” has been revealed as a announcement stunt by owner, founder & CEO of The Night League, Yann Pissenem, to announce: [UNVRS] (pronounced “Universe”), the world’s first Hyperclub, opening summer 2025.

London-based independent record label Anjunabeats has revealed the lineup for its After Dark North America tour this autumn. The tour features Anjuna favourites and rising acts, including Alex Sonata & TheRio, ALPHA 9, Amy Wiles, anamē, Andrew Bayer, Avenue One, Gabriel & Dresden, Genix, Ilan Bluestone, Jaytech, Mat Zo, Naz, Oliver Smith, SØNIN.

Calvin Harris, DJ/producer and songwriter, was recently announced as the first artist to perform at the Ushuaïa Dubai Harbour Experience. The event takes place on Saturday, 26 October, marking the first of many nights at Dubai's newest open-air nightlife destination.

Sam Shepherd, aka Floating Points, recently announced a five-hour DJ set for Boiler Room NYC on Wednesday, 17 July, at H0l0. The set comes shortly after the announcement of his new forthcoming album, Cascade, which will be released on 13 September.

Nicole Moudaber is set to play once more at NY’s outdoor complex, The Brooklyn Mirage this Saturday, 18 May, bringing with her a new audiovisual show – ANKH Unveiled. As part of the Carl Cox Invites event, Moudaber will unveil the new visuals that have apparently been months in the making.

Above & Beyond will celebrate 600 episodes of their long-running radio show, Group Therapy Radio, in Mexico City this October at Hipódromo de las Américas. The first ABGT to be held in Mexico also marks their first celebration in two years following the sold-out ABGT500 in Los Angeles, in which apparently 22,000 clubbers attended. It was also ‘watched by over 300k people globally via livestream’.

Carl Cox recently embarked on new tour dates, bringing his live show to stages across North America. The tour kicked off Friday at EDC Mexico in Mexico City, continued at the Fillmore in Denver on Saturday, and then at the Skyline Festival in Los Angeles yesterday.

Electric Dreams returns on Sunday, 26 May, with a Bank Holiday party on the stunning rooftop terrace of the Radisson Red hotel in Glasgow. To be hosted by its promoters, DJs Michael Kilkie and Jon Mancini, the duo will also be joined for their set by vocalist Heather Kane, with many guests appearing throughout the event.
