French artist Art Of Tones collaborates with house music’s Inaya Day for the Glitterbox release, ‘Give My Love’. A moniker of longstanding producer Ludovic Llorca, Art Of Tones was created in the noughties as an outlet for his edgier house and disco work, leading to releases including house ‘The Rainbow Song’ and his first Art Of Tones album ‘Unbalanced’ in 2018.
Inaya Day joins forces with DJ Spen & Soulfuledge on the afrocentric track, ‘Ummah-Ye’. Underpinned by afro-percussive groove and atmospheric keys, Inaya delivers a song about community, unity and togetherness.
Known as ‘The Godfather Of House’, Frankie Knuckles had a career that spanned over four decades, his catalogue combines a wide range of releases and projects that were pivotal to the movement of house music.
Guy Scheiman Music (GSM) recently had its 82nd release, ‘High Energy’, compliments of Guy himself and Inaya Day. Originally sung in 1984 by Evelyn Thomas, this cover version makes this their fifth release together.
