Toolroom drop another track from longstanding label favourites ATFC & Gene Farris, who are back on their home turf with another collaboration, ‘The Payoff’. A comeback for the pair and a step up in energy from their 2020 releases that included the jackin’ Chicago house record ‘Spirit Of House’, their ‘R U’ track, to this latest release.

‘Metaversal’ follows the release of BT’s ‘Genesis.Json’ which sold for 88.8 ETH on Superrare in May. It’s his 14th studio album, designed from the ground up for the blockchain. Like ‘Genesis.json’ it is built around a 200,000 line of code, one-of-one, NFT. The release is both an audio-visual playback engine and software cipher. In the engine, audio-reactive art is woven together with cryptographic riddles that fans can play to win 33 unique, super rare, secret, encrypted one-of-one NFTs.

This month, Cologne-native Arado heads to Humatron Records as he drops two cuts via the ‘Acid Emotions’ EP. Arado has frequently collaborated with Marco Faraone and Den Ishu, while his solo releases have made appearances on Snatch!, ROUSH, Desolat, and more. His sound explores all routes of electronic music and has apparently attracted attention from Jamie Jones, Nic Fanciulli, Riva Starr, and Mark Knight.
