Ilan Bluestone debuts on Dreamstate Records as he steps into the role of his trance pseudonym, Stoneblue, with a track titled ‘The Land of Nanisa’, which is out now. The track is a cinematic trance creation and its arrival is trumpeted with a medieval epoch string intro that sets the tone as its soundscape paves the way for symphonic melodies and Gregorian chants, which escalate into a dreamy, arp-laden 140 drive.
Out now on Anjunabeats, ilan Bluestone and ALPHA 9 collaborate for the first time on an official release with their new single ‘Paradise’, featuring the vocals of H.E.A.R.T.S. For ilan, the release is a key track on his upcoming third studio album ‘Ignite’, scheduled for release 22 August 22 on the same label. Following the release of the album’s title track earlier in July, this collaboration marks a new creative chapter for him.
As part of Anjunabeats, Ilan Bluestone’s early ‘Anthem Test’ Instagram previews of his late-night writing sessions apparently forged a connection with his audience years ahead of it becoming common practice on social media platforms. He provided the audience with insight into what it’s like to be a musician, producer, and DJ in the 2010s — a sentiment echoed in his music that has taken him to the stages of Madison Square Garden, Tomorrowland, Creamfields, and EDC.
Following their January debut for Black Hole, Ilan Bulestone, Maor Levi and Emma Hewitt go for two for two with their new production ‘Sparks In The Night’. Their previous track ‘Light Years’ brought the Elysian trio into the label’s orbit at the start of 2024 and they have wasted little time in building on its apparent success.
Launched by Tiësto in 1999 and subsequently helmed by Richard Durand and most recently Markus Schulz, the ‘In Search Of Sunrise’ series is now within touching distance of its milestone 20th. Its third phase has been defined by a dynamic between its DJs. In Markus Schulz, you have your lynchpin, and then in close support genre progressives like Jerome Isma-Ae, Kryder, Gabriel & Dresden & last year Matt Fax, and classists including Kyau & Albert, Sunlounger, Andy Moor & Orkidea.
ilan Bluestone is reunited with Giuseppe De Luca on ‘Look At Me Now / Stardust & Madness’, which is out now on Anjunabeats. Part of progressive and trance for almost a decade, Ilan creates ‘high-energy trance with heart and soul.’
From his early works like ‘Cape Town’ and ‘Big Ben’, to his 2018 album ‘Scars’, to his recent EP release under new alias Elysian, ilan Bluestone aims to keep one foot firmly ahead of the pack. From Dreamstate to Tomorrowland, A State Of Trance to Group Therapy at Madison Square Garden and beyond, he is apparently committed to the craft of songwriting.
ilan Bluestone, Maor Levi, and Emma Hewitt are Elysian and Anjunabeats have released their debut EP, ‘Water’. ilan and Maor have been close collaborators for years, with their list of releases including Anjunabeats releases like ‘Will We Remain?’, ‘Can You’ and ’The Distance’. More recently, they created an edit of Gabriel & Dresden’s ‘Keep On Holding’.
