Next up in Toolroom Records Anniversary Remixes series is Mark Knight and Funkagenda’s huge ‘Man With The Red Face’, which has been reinterpreted by Dutch producer Hardwell, Toolroom regular Rene Amesz and longstanding house DJ/producer ATFC.
Tomorrowland’s ‘Book of Wisdom’ will unveil a new chapter at the inaugural edition of TomorrowWorld in Chattahoochee Hills, Georgia in just a month’s time. After leaving Belgium six weeks ago, 80 shipping containers carrying the structure travelled more than 5,500 miles across the Atlantic Ocean to reach its final destination in the pristine natural landscape of Chattahoochee Hills.

Toolroom Records recently released their latest big track, Quivver Feat Angel Hart ‘I Don’t Wanna Wait’, with remixes by Ben Delay, David Penn and Pammin, with and a video shot in Miami. Quivver, who has gained support for his various club releases from A-list DJs such as Sasha, Pete Tong, Paul Oakenfold and John Digweed, has also garnered a loyal fanbase through his productions and continues to deliver lots of top productions.
German producer and DJ Jonas Imbery aka Telonius is to release his debut album, ‘Inter face’, on his own Gomma label on August 30. In 1999, Imbery founded the Gomma label with his partner Mathias ‘Munk’ Modica, creating a musical platform of artists such as Esperanza, Justin Robertson aka The Deadstock 33, WhoMadeWho, Moullinex, The Phenomenal Handclap Band, Mercury and Dimitri from Paris.
Villanova are a Marseille duo brought together over a love of analogue synths who have been making music on labels like Denote since 2012. Now Canada’s My Favorite Robot have enlisted the pair for a second EP after their MFR debut 18 months ago that comes complete with remixes from Kiki and HearThug.
Kissy Sell Out’s new track, ‘Who Walks Alone’, released September 23, is an organ-based deep house number which combines old school stylings with techy percussion. On remix duty, Toyboy & Robin weave their breezy garage house sound perfectly with Kissy’s original and Suck Fake & Daniel Brooks drop a bass-heavy crack house mix. The package is then finished by newcomers Disposition and Aussie scenesters J A S P E R and Indian Summer.
