Defected’s annual ‘Ibiza In The House’ mix series returns for 2026, celebrating the label’s new summer residency at Chinois Ibiza. Compiled and mixed by Andy Daniell, this special collection aims to capture the sound and energy of a Defected night on the island, from fresh summer tracks like Jonas Blue & Malive’s ‘Edge Of Desire’ to favourites such as Fish Go Deep’s ‘The Cure & The Cause’, alongside tracks from Dusky, Route 94, Eliza Rose, John Summit and more.
The collection also spotlights three new tracks apparently making waves online, including Piem & SLM’s ‘Activated’ blended with DJ Technics & Kotton The Cutie’s ‘I Wanna’, an official mashup of Calle Lebraun’s ‘Visions’ and Ben Westbeech’s ‘Jack’ (as Breech), and Starr Trax’s rework of Equation’s house track ‘I’ll Say A Prayer 4 U’.
Further strengthened by underground cuts from Nick Curly, Dam Swindle and Groove Armada, alongside ANOTR, Rampa and Honey Dijon, the compilation is a soundtrack for house music fans and Ibiza devotees alike.
Also available as a limited-edition triple CD, the collection features the same tracks as the digital release, mixed across three themed discs that showcase different facets of the Defected sound.
CD1 focuses on the label’s house music foundations. CD2 captures the progression from sun-soaked Balearic moments to peak-time Chinois energy. CD3 highlights the artists, viral records and ‘forward-thinking sounds shaping the future of house music’.
