UK DJ/producer James Poole makes his Defected debut with ‘Lease Of Life’. With a slew of recent releases on various labels, he has also honed his live skills in venues such as KOKO, LAB11 and 93 Feet East, and with recent international debuts in Italy, Croatia, Malta, the Netherlands and Peru.
His bright sonic has a reverence for the old school, leading to support from names like Chris Stussy, Jamie Jones and Marco Carola. With his talent already highlighted, he now lands on the label with his latest production.
Combining soulful dance vocals with skippy basslines, the track has crossover potential with its possible dancefloor appeal.
