Anjunabeats recently released the first official remix of Above & Beyond’s ‘Quicksand (Don’t Go)’ with longtime vocal collaborator Zoë Johnston, reimagined by GRAMMY®-nominated Canadian electronic duo Sultan + Shepard.
Mainstays of Lane 8’s This Never Happened imprint and hosts of their Dialekt Radio, Sultan + Shepard have apparently become synonymous with emotionally charged, cinematic melodic house and progressive productions. Their remix of ‘Quicksand’ leans into a darker, driving energy, while preserving Zoë’s textures and vocal delivery.
