Hadiya George returns to Melvo Baptiste’s The Remedy Project with ‘Balance’, the follow-up to her debut release ‘Hot Flavor’. Garnering the attention of artists like Gilles Peterson, Jamz Supernova and Pete Tong with her first outing, the track aims to highlight Hadiya’s 'modern and soulful' sound.
As her vocal takes centre stage, chords and an R&B bassline make this a decent track from one of the scene’s new acts. Already named one of Mixmag’s Artists to Watch in 2022 and working in the studio with ‘A-List producers’ on more new material, the track is another indicator of the things to come from th Atlanta artist.
