In 2014, Josh Wink's Ovum Recordings celebrates its 20th anniversary. To honour 20 years of making you dance, the imprint is embarking on a world tour that takes in Amsterdam for ADE tonight. Guests alongside Wink include longtime label friends and collaborators, Steve Bug, Ambivalent, MANIK, Luca Bacchetti, Technasia and Renato Ratier.

From October 15 to 19, Amsterdam is the global capital of dance music. Artists, DJs, producers, promoters and publishers all descend on the Dutch capital for a week of meetings, club nights and business deals. To celebrate this yearly event, Black Hole Distribution launches is ADE Challenge, in a search for new producers and record labels that want to join the their family.

Dave Clarke will be playing a 3-hour b2b headline set with Mr. Jones as _Unsubscribe_ at the sub:Merged ADE Special, Sunday 19 October.

Next month, Amsterdam becomes the centre of the global dance music scene for five days again, showcasing over 2000 international artists, labels and club nights. With just under three weeks to go, the preparations are in full swing for the 19th edition of the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), the world's biggest club festival and leading conference for electronic music.

Dubfire recently unveiled his most ambitious achievement to date, which will take place at this year’s Amsterdam Dance Event - dubfire:liveHYBRID. FUSE will be making their debut appearance at the Amsterdam Dance Event, following on from a season of parties on the White Isle. The UK based imprint and event series will be throwing a party on Wednesday 15 October at the city’s Undercurrent, a glass warehouse situated behind the Central station.

DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs Poll returns for 2014 with a launch event on 12 July to celebrate the opening of this year’s voting. The event at Amsterdam’s Paradiso will feature a mystery guest DJ, alongside 2013’s highest climber, Andrew Rayel, Dannic, Dubvision and 2013’s highest new entry, Dyro. Tickets for the Voting Launch Party are on sale from 12pm (CET) today.
