Yousef

Yousef crafted this track for his live 'I Operate In Purple show during his DJ residency at Circus in Liverpool. He merged the vocals from his track 'Float Away' with 'For The Good Times,' taken from his new album. Having been his secret weapon in his gigs ever since the show, ‘Float Away For The Good Times’ is an emotive slice of house music aimed at the dancefloor! Now it's set for a full release on Circus.

With over 30 years of dedication to the electronic music scene, as a producer, the album was his fifth. He has apparently released more music on key record labels than almost any other artist in his field, including Crosstown Rebels, Desolat, Cocoon, Moon Harbour, Knee Deep in Sound, Defected, Hard Times, Renaissance, and his own Circus Recordings. 

His label has released music from artists including Carl Cox, Kerri Chandler, Green Velvet and Jamie Jones, as well as new talent. Last year’s album release, his most vibrant work to date, features artists such as Baby Girl, Kuuda, Bodacious Thang, Alexx, and Yasmin. 

‘Float Away For The Good Times’ is released on 3 July on Circus Recordings.
