Having achieved commercial success under their Dubdogz alias, melodic house and techno twin-brother duo RUBACK is raising their profile. Following their debut on Insomniac’s Interstellar Recordings with ‘Se Que Quiere’ with KREAM, the duo returns to the imprint to deliver their sophomore single, ‘I’ll Be Waiting For You’.
The single is a vocal-tinged melodic techno track with moody male and female harmonic doubles that depict a burning desire, matched by staccato chords, bassline growls, psy accents, drum lines, and ratcheting leads.
RUBACK: “‘I’ll Be Waiting For You’ has been a big surprise for us. Even before its release, the response on the dancefloor has been insane. It feels like a hit people already know (even though, most of the time, they don’t).”
The track has already been positively received, teased under both pseudonyms: as RUBACK during Tomorrowland Brasil and as Dubdogz during their set at Só Track Boa presents OCA BH.
