DJ Seinfeld, the Swedish producer who grew from lo-fi house artist to a talent within dance music, returns with his new single ‘Plush’, which is out now on Ninja Tune. The club-targeted single arrives after nearly two years of being played around the world in his DJ sets, apparently prompting people to hunt for it online and making it one of the most-requested track IDs in his 2023 Mixmag Lab.

DJ Seinfeld: “I wrote ‘Plush’ back in 2022 and played a couple of different versions of it throughout the years. I couldn’t really figure out what I felt was missing, so I binned it for a bit. Then I saw a couple of ripped versions on SoundCloud around the same time I was getting a lot of messages about it, so I decided to give it another go. Eventually, I managed to bring it to a point where I’m really happy with it and enjoy playing it out.”
The release marks his first solo music since 2024 and follows his collaboration with BRIT-nominated electronic-pop group Confidence Man, ‘The Right’, released in summer 2025 and now on over three million streams. This track arrived two years after their collaborative track ‘Now U Do’, released in July 2023, which surpassed over 50 million streams and landed a spot on the BBC Radio 1 A-List.
