Sikdope returns to Dim Mak with ‘Chasing Echoes’, a dark and driving hard dance production featuring DJ/producer/vocalist Melissa Grace. Fueled by haunting vocals, rave synths, and a bassline, the track sees the Polish producer diving deeper into his harder, more atmospheric side.
Sikdope: “‘Chasing Echoes’ came to life when I was looking for a vocal for one of my instrumentals, and then I found the vocal from Melissa, which was the perfect fit for it. In this final version, the first drop is vocal-driven, to let the lyrics set the vibe, and then it evolves into a full-on mainstage festival anthem with big supersaw synths. Each drop is a different chapter, and the final drop is like the ultimate act, bringing everything to a peak. ‘Chasing Echoes’ is that perfect blend of a track you can listen to while driving at night and something you can dance to at a festival.”
The track embodies his ability to merge melody and madness and follows his recent release ‘Small Talk’, expanding his sound from summer-ready grooves into the world of hard dance.
