Producer, artist, multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Jitwam releases ‘Hard N Soft’, the first single from the second chapter in his three-part trilogy, a project that moves between club heat and soulful intimacy. Rooted in a deep, classic house groove, the track features Fiorious, the NY-born vocalist possibly known for his work celebrating identity and liberation on the dancefloor. 

His new work moves between rhythm and reflection, shaped by a life across London, New York, and Australia. His sound fuses classic soul, Detroit house and jazz-informed improvisation. Fresh from DJ performances at Fabric and Finsbury Park, he continues to translate his studio world into dancefloor moments.

Since his debut ‘TJD001’ in 2013, he has apparently earned admiration from artists including Gilles Peterson and Moodymann, who featured his track ‘Keepyourbusinesstoyourself’ on the DJ-Kicks compilation — a moment that helped increase his reputation.

He has since released three albums - ‘ज़ितम सिहँ’ (2017), ‘Honeycomb’ (2019), and ‘Third ‘(2022) - alongside a run of EPs on his own imprint, The Jazz Diaries. With over 100 million streams to date, ‘Honeycomb’ remains a defining release in his catalogue.
