SITARA Feat. Pawas

‘I Will’ was written by SITARA in her early-20s, a time when life could be measured in

nights on the dancefloor, moving from techno party to techno party across the world. The lyrics capture that period of freedom and exploration, a love letter to dancing, travelling and taking life as it comes — not, as she puts it, "taking the hard way to heaven."

Now, decades later, the song returns with fresh production and a line-up of remixes, aiming to carry both the joy of that moment and the perspective of the years since.

Co-produced with her brother, Berlin-based electronic artist Pawas, the original track contains Italo disco grooves and indie pop sensibility, anchored by her vocals.

She makes her debut on Hot Elephant Music, the label run by Italo disco artist Alexander Robotnick, who also contributes a synth-rich remix.

Berlin-based duo CYRK deliver a disco peak-time remix, injecting sharp electro edges and club punch, while French producer Nhar offers a dreamy reinterpretation that expands the emotional scope of the original.

The track weaves together the past and present of her musical expression, while encouraging you to embrace who we are and simply go with the flow.
