French artists Oden & Fatzo return to Defected alongside producer Romeo Louisa with ‘Be The One’. Following a string of releases on the London label, including 2024 summer track ‘Tell Me What You Want’ with Poppy Baskcomb and more recently ‘Only For Tonight’ with m.O.N.R.O.E and Matluck, the Parisian trio are back alongside long-time friend and collaborator Romeo Louisa.
Hailing from the French Riviera, Romeo Louisa’s soulful, garage-adjacent sonic have led to collaborations with artists including Josh Butler, THEOS and a remix from DJ Steaw.
Co-produced with the GRAMMY award-winning Picard Brothers, ‘Be The One’ is an energetic record with bursts of funk, filtered vocals and synthwork paying homage to their French electronic heritage.
