Defected Records welcomes back Ferreck Dawn to the label with his latest cut, ‘Make Me Weak’, featuring the vocals of singer/songwriter Caroline Byrne. The track marks another addition to the Defected catalogue as Ferreck continues to shape his output into the global house scene in 2025.
A stalwart of the Defected family, the Dutch DJ/producer had a big 2024 – performing at OVO Arena Wembley, Ushuaïa Ibiza, Defected Croatia, and the label’s tour stop in Toulouse. This year, he keeps the momentum going with a return to the White Isle for Defected’s Pacha Ibiza residency, while adding to a production resume that includes collaborations with Maverick Sabre, MEDUZA, New Machine, GUZ, and Clementine Douglas.
The track sees Ferreck take a groovier, synth-forward turn, layering melodies and deep rhythms with Caroline’s vocoder-tinged topline.
Known for her work with Gorgon City, TSHA, and Tudor, her vocal delivery works on this house track.
