DJ/producer MK has released his first new single of the year, ‘She’s In The Club’, featuring 20-year-old Iranian singer and rapper Asal, which is out now on Ultra Records / Columbia UK. Debuted on the main stage at EDC last weekend ‘in front of a crowd of over 70,000’, the track might just be heard at festivals and clubs all summer long.
With over one billion global streams across his catalogue and past performances at Coachella and Glastonbury, he is possibly one of the most influential producers in dance music. His track ‘Rhyme Dust’ with Dom Dolla has amassed over 150 million streams globally and sustained a #1 position at US Dance Radio and a Top 10 record. The record also earned him his first ARIA Award in Australia.
This summer, he will embark on a season-long residency alongside Calvin Harris at Ushuaia Ibiza while also making stops at Pinik Electronic and Creamfields and US stops at The Brooklyn Mirage and Day Trip Festival in SoCal. This month, he’ll perform at Mawazine Festival in Morocco, apparently the largest festival in the world that sees 2.8 million attendees over the course of nine days.
At 20 years old, Iranian singer Asal is becoming known for her vocal style. She has been entertaining audiences on TikTok since 2022 and in October, she will be hitting the road to support Artemas on the "You’re Really Early" tour.
