Defected and Beatport recently announced that they will be embarking on a five-continent, 24-hour marathon party to ring in the New Year. Powering New Year celebrations virtually across the globe, they will host livestreams from London, Sydney, Thailand, Johannesburg and Las Vegas from 11:30 am GMT on Sunday 31 December 2023, brought to life by Beatport’s new community-led initiative Music is Unstoppable (Unstoppable).
Soundtracking the spectacle will be Armand Van Helden and Carl Cox, plus Defected artists Sam Divine, Ferreck Dawn, Arielle Free, Harry Romero, Afro-electronic artist Kitty Amor and many more. The New Year’s showcase will celebrate Defected’s 25 year and Beatport’s 20 year anniversary.

Every Unstoppable minute across the five continents will be broadcast live on Defected’s 24/7 Youtube channel, as well as Beatport’s FB, Twitch and website.
