Australia’s Jay B is at home in the soulful and afro arena having been involved in dance music for a number of decades and his DJ talents have graced venues and airwaves across the globe.
He is also a music journalist dedicated to house music. After a lifetime of performing, he went into the studio and honed his craft as a producer and since 2020 he has collaborated with artists such as Eric Kupper, Terri B!, Ron Carroll, Jesse Saunders and more.
He has also featured on labels such as Broken Records, Karmic Power, Quantize, and Merecumbe Recordings, among many others.
In 2021 he launched Vagrant Soundz, releasing tracks from Kylie Auldist, Kris Ramea, Dr. Bazil and a host of local talent to establish the brand. His most recent releases include ‘Emiola Sunday’ and ‘Ayo’ ft The Trueheart Choir.
