Fellow Italian artists Sisko Electrofanatik and Dyno have teamed up for a collaborative debut for Kuukou Records. Out now, the pair’s new single ‘Sequence X’ is joined by a remix from the imprint’s head honcho Simina Grigoriu. The track marks a return to Kuukou Records for Sisko, who appeared on the imprint back in June with ‘Unspoken’.
The track is an immersive cut with rolling percussion and synth injections.
Often stimulated by the influence of her home town of Berlin, Simina Grigoriu’s remix brings the original into even darker, underground waters. The edit features percussive hits and synth work that gives a more industrial feel to its counterpart.
Launched in 2016, Kuukou Records has served as a platform for the underground community, sharing the perspectives of both established and up-and-coming artists alike.
With various offerings scattered within the imprint’s discography, Simina’s release are fully reflective of the label’s ethos and allow her to present her music.
