Tronic boss Christian Smith returns to Patrick Topping’s Trick with two-tracker ‘Vortex’ Heading up the imprint, which he founded in 1995, Christian has been involved in house and techno for close to three decades with releases on Cocoon, Drumcode, Plus8, Bedrock and many more.
His Tronic label has featured releases from ANNA, Paco Osuna, Kaiserdisco, and Enrico Sangiuliano, amongst others.
On this latest release, he returns to Trick following his 2022 EP ‘Infatuate’ with another set of productions. ‘Vortex’ leads the EP with bass and sirens for a propulsive cut, before ‘Nu Style’ closes out proceedings with chunky drums and vocal samples.
