This week, Spinnin’ Records took home the award for Label Of The Year at the 2023 Electronic Dance Music Awards during Miami Music Week. The annual EDMAs, who are voted on by the public, aim to celebrate artistic excellence across all DJs, producers, remixers, performances, and electronic music professionals ‘to ensure the genre of dance remains a thriving part of the industry’.
This year, apparently ‘over 850K people voted across the various categories’ and the Spinnin’ team picked up the 2023 EDMA award at the Fontainebleau Hotel during the ceremony.
Over the course of 2022, the label was the home to various releases including Owboss & Sevek ‘Move Your Body’, Imanbek & Byor ‘Belly Dancer’ and Gabry Ponte X Lum!X X Prezioso ‘Thunder’.
Currently, the label is home to the track ‘Lay Low’ by Tiesto, which is apparently ‘accumulating 1M streams a day.’ The label is also home to additional labels including Tiesto’s Musical Freedom, Timmy Trumpet’s Sinphony, KSHMR’ Dharma, Alok’s Controversia and Bingo Players ‘Hysteria’.
