'Trust' is the first single from Badabing Diskos label boss Vinny Villbass' upcoming album ‘Windows’. Vinny is apparently a pivotal figure in the Oslo scene as a DJ, producer and promoter behind several key clubs nights. He’s an accomplished recording artist with releases on Eskimo and Trunkfunk and some of his other accolades include working with the experimental electronic artist Pantha Du Prince.
This first taste of the forthcoming album is a deep house track. The grooves are smooth, the chords rich in emotion and Villbass' naive vocals act as a longing scream for some serious social escapades after two years behind digital barriers.
On the flip, the instrumental version stands for itself, building from tribal deep house and turning into pure bass-driven love. This young Oslo label keeps up its early form with this new cut.
