Horse Meat Disco deliver the latest single from their debut album ‘Love & Dancing’, this time made in collaboration with NYC group The Phenomenal Handclap Band. ‘Sanctuary’ sees the quartet do their disco thing, as The Phenomenal Handclap Band provide a dose of nonchalance.
Fuelled by analogue muscle, funky guitar riffs, ‘70s synthesisers and vocals the track makes for a modern disco number. Ray Mang is the remixer for the package, his amalgamative style of boogie, disco, dub and house a fit for the collaboration, providing both a remix and Dubstrumental for the package.
‘Sanctuary’ is a release aimed at any modern day, discerning disco listener who may want to hear it again and again.
