Following a productive 12 months which saw collaborations with the likes of Eli & Fur, Jan Blomqvist and Lazarusman, plus the release of their latest studio album, ‘Dear Future Self’, this month sees electronic music duo Booka Shade kick off 2021 on Blaufield Music as they reveal their first EP of the year, ‘Pray’.
The track sees the duo showcase a lighter and buoyant side to their sound as they fuse lead lines and floating melodies with vocals throughout, whilst ‘Forest Of Etta’ soundtracks a ‘mysterious walk through a fantasy forest’ as wandering synths and basslines meet percussion patterns to showcase further Booka Shade sonics.
Booka Shade ‘Pray’ drops via Blaufield Music on 15 January.
