In 1999 Cass & Slide originally released 'Perception' which possibly became a trance classic of the era, rising to prominence on Sasha's Global Undergound Ibiza, Tiësto’s ‘In Search of Sunrise 2’ and Pete Tong’s Essential Mix on BBC Radio 1.
PRAANA now revive the track with a melodic makeover, whilst paying homage to the original and receiving props from Cass & Slide along the way.
While their true identity apparently remains a mystery for now, the artist’s previous releases have received support across ABGT (Above & Beyond, ASOT (Armin), Tritonia (Tritonal), The Showcase (Matt Fax) and the Corsten’s Countdown (Ferry Corsten) while clocking over 300k streams on Spotify for previous single ‘Kaleidoscope’.
