Revealed regular Dannic is no stranger to collaboration, previously releasing tracks on the label with the likes of Bright Lights, Lucky Date and Hardwell himself. Now he’s jumped back in the studio with fellow Dutch duo Sick Individuals, a partnership that previously delivered their Beatport #1 track ‘Blueprint’. Their new track ‘Feel Your Love’ aims to repeat that success.
Dannic and Sick Individuals possibly represent the cream of the current crop of Dutch house artists, with both acts experiencing a level of success after a string of releases. Sick Individuals have cemented themselves as vital names in the genre with their official remixes for artists such as Rihanna, Icona Pop, David Guetta, Madonna, Avicii and Axwell, alongside their own productions, and not to mention their performances this summer on Revealed stages at the likes of Tomorrowland, TomorrowWorld and Ushuaia Ibiza.
Meanwhile, Dannic has seen his career hit highs after lengthy worldwide tours that included a residency at Las Vegas club ‘The Light’ and headline sets at Ushuaia and Tomorrowland.
‘Feel Your Love’ is all about vocal samples, chopped and pitched for a quirky and catchy hook that may get stuck in your head. Backing them up is a ‘90s-esque piano riff and breakbeat, a throwback to the rave era that may get the nostalgia flowing nicely. The track soon morphs into a big one, complete with a central melody, build and a bouncy, techy drop.
It’s an example of the trio’s ability to combine solid dancefloor friendly production, with catchy songwriting and feel-good energy.
