Amidst his current Winter Music Conference/Miami Music Week tour, Dutch house DJ/producer Gregor Salto received word that he is the recipient of an ASCAP (American Association of Composers, Authors & Publishers) Latin award for ‘Echa Pa’lla’, his hit single with multi-platinum selling artist Pitbull.
In a nod to his cross-genre appeal, ‘Echa Pa’lla’ was honoured last night at ASCAP’s 21st annual Latin Music Awards, held this year at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California. The ASCAP Latin Music Awards is an evening that applauds the contributions of songwriters and publishers. Gregor was in fine company at the event, setting him up for the rest of 2013 as he continues with his plans for DJ/producer superstardom.
