In support of ’Swing Lo Magellan’, Dirty Projectors' new album that is out July 10th, the band has unveiled a new video for lead single ‘Gun Has No Trigger’. The video marks David Longstreth's directorial debut. The band is set to perform the track for the first time ever on Late Night w/ Jimmy Fallon on June 19th, which coincides with the release of the limited edition Tablet Of Values vinyl single.
The 8" square 200gm thick tablet features the single on the A-side and an etching of the song's lyrics translated into Sumerian Akkadian Cuneiform by Dr. M. Willis Monroe on the B-side. You can catch the band on tour in North American this summer in support of the album, with Wye Oak, Purity Ring and POP ETC.
