Spinnin Records release Cedric Gervais’ 'Molly' on Monday 12th April, the track which was the talk of this year's Ultra Music Festival in Miami when Madonna asked thousands of party people 'let me ask you one question, has anyone found Molly?’ This immediately kicked off a Twitter row with high profile artists such as Deadmau5 and Paul van Dyk criticising Madonna for trying to connect with the crowd by suggesting there are drug infuences within dance music. Since then it’s been picked up and talked about by everyone from Rolling Stone to various broadsheets and gossip websites in equal measure.
'Molly' is now on heavy rotation across the world’s airwaves and Pete Tong even played the record three weeks in a row on his BBC Radio 1 show making it an 'Essential New Tune'. Cedric is based in Miami and holds two DJ residencies - in his home town at LIV, the birthplace of his infamous Shitshow! parties and in Las Vegas at Marquee. Here his name is synonymous with EDM's ever-growing buzz. After the teaser video for 'Molly' was revealed, the interest around him grew exponentially and the track became one of "Miami's highlights" according to Billboard Magazine. It has already been awarded Buzz Chart Number 1 status with early adopter support from Tiesto, Chuckie, Pete Tong, Sander van Doorn and many more.
