DJ/producer and Bebé label boss Ben Hemsley gets back to basics and aims to give something back with his new event series ‘Intimacy’. Announcing the first three parties in Sub Club Glasgow, Secret Warehouse Manchester and Cabaret Voltaire Edinburgh in late February/early March, the Geordie artist vows to return to his roots by playing a selection of stripped-back shows at small venues ‘for all the proper music heads out there.’

He aims to support these small clubs and their vital role in music culture, especially in these post-pandemic times. In the lead up to the shows, his collab single with Armin Van Buuren is out on 13th Feb - ‘Is It Beautiful’ - by Armin Van Buuren x Ben Hemsley Ft Lucy Pullin on Armada.
Ben Hemsley’s recent performance highlights include the Creamfields Mainstage, a Connection tour, the Warehouse Project, a two-month Ibiza Residency in 2023, returning in 2024 and ‘becoming the best-selling show at Ibiza Rocks both years’; and his On The Waterfront Liverpool headline show.
Ben Hemsley: “I started out playing in tiny clubs. Now, I’ve played big venues and broken records, but there’s something special about an intimate gig with a banging sound system in an intimate venue. So I’m starting ‘Intimacy’ to return to my roots, no big screens, no SFX, just me, you lovely people, and the music.”
