With every Ibiza season comes a record that stands out above the rest, becoming the track of the summer. This year Roberto Surace’s ‘Joys’ may possibly be that track.
Championed by island DJs like Marco Carola, reaching Beatport and Traxsource #1 and maintaining the top spot of the Ibiza Shazam chart for weeks, the support for ‘Joys’ doesn’t appear to be slowing down.
Now house music veteran, Todd Terry, steps up to remix this summer track, his production capabilities allowing the vocals to be prominent, while employing deep, swelling synths and a bassline that aims to send dancefloors wild.
