LO’99

LO'99

Australian producer LO’99 has been doing well this year. 2014 saw remixes under his belt for Sweat It Out and CRNKN, which has gained over 150,000 Soundcloud plays, and his profile looks set to rise even further with his forthcoming Kaskade remix.

Now teaming up with Bristol’s Marshall F who has had releases on Black Butter and most recently remixed Son Of Kick’s track, ‘Hours’, which reached the top 15 in Beatport’s Deep House Chart - together they have produced the official debut release on Medium Rare Records titled, ’Take Me Back’.

The track combines a solid bassline with garage influenced drums and edgy chopped up re-vocal samples that gives it an addictive flavour. Indulging in a deep yet uplifting style of production, this is a positive first release.

Medium Rare Recordings was launched earlier in the year by four Australian producers - Benson, Terace, Tom Piper and Mike Metro. They recently released some free music by way of their ‘Local Cuts’ EP;  and now deliver this debut single release.

It’s out now, check it out below.
