After selling out the XoYo last October, LeftBoy brings the Sexual Encountour back to London for Round 2 with some new tracks and new surprises. At the age 16, Ferdinand Sarnitz AKA LeftBoy wrote and produced his first original song. Based in New York and Vienna he spent the next couple of years narrowing the gap between his expectations and the quality of his work.
In 2009 he started his Facebook fan page (currently with over 120K likes) and released his first music video as LeftBoy, a song called ‘Same Way’. He has since been making the music he wants to listen to, which is why some songs contain elements from several different genres. Although he works mostly on his own, he has collaborated with such artists as American singer/guitarist James Hersey and Austrian electronic music producer Simon Herzog. In December 2010 he released his first mix tape entitled ‘The Second Coming’ and is now working on finishing his debut album set to drop worldwide this year. Already making waves online, he has had over three million hits for new single ‘Jack Sparrow’ on YouTube with over 10 million views across his channel. Catch him at London Scala on Tuesday Feb 5.
