Electronic Spotlight takes its first look at up and coming artist, Special Features, who has stormed the blog world with some of the biggest remixes of the year, including his remix of Deadmau5's ‘Strobe’, Calvin Harris' ‘Feel So Close’ and winning Dada Life's ‘Happy Violence’ remix contest. And, most recently, with his collaboration with Michael Brun titled ‘Synergy’, which has been supported by Avicii, Tiesto, Kaskade, Afrojack, Dirty South, Thomas Gold, Arty and more.
Electronic Spotlight hosts, Evan Paley and Noel Teacher, give a personal interview with Special Features in Venice Beach where the young producer talks about his hometown, how he got into producing, what it's like to remix a track, and more. The interview leads into the hosts taking him through LA to its most famous spots, partying with him college-style, and eventually taking him to his first US show where he threw down in front of 1000 people. This is the first look into the personal life of Special Features and you can really see his excitement and passion for what he is doing as you watch a crowd of 1000+ people throw their hands in the air as Special Features performs.
